my gift, Iphone 4

My generous husband gave me his advance wedding anniversary gift.

One day my husband asked me if I like Iphone4. Of course without any doubt, I answered YES! I wasn’t aware that he was looking through internet about Iphone4. Until the day before our 11 month wedding anniversary, he said that we should wake up early the next day because we would go somewhere.

Unfortunately we woke up lunch time so I decided to cook our lunch. While cooking he was checking our car and put full tank gasoline. We drove in nearly island here and after some hours driving around the city, he said we would visit his parents. To my surprised, he drove to an electronic store and bought my Iphone4. (He already reserved it through internet. We just pick it up.) He already pays it too through internet…

finally i am

I just turned 3 years here in Sweden last April 12. In that particular date, we applied directly my Swedish citizenship. I posted here that maybe it would take few weeks or months before we get the results...

But today I got a pick up note that I must pick up some envelope from post office near where we live. I waited my husband first before we got it.

We went there together and opened the envelope with unexplainable feelings. My husband read and made some jokes to me by showing he was sad, and then suddenly he showed me the papers stating that I am Swedish citizen already.

We're not expecting that it was just few weeks from our application and we got already the results. I'm very happy and finally I am Swedish.

We cannot celebrate it now since my hubby must work tomorrow and I have school also so maybe we can celebrate on tomorrow night or Saturday. What, where or how? I don’t know yet... We'll find it out tomorrow.. Have a good day everybody.

3 years in Sweden

I've been living here in Sweden for exactly 3 years today. I couldn’t believe that I’m already 3 years here because it’s just seemed yesterday when I arrived here.

I could even still remember the mixed emotions and mixed feelings when I saw my husband and my sister in law waited for me at the airport. I was asking myself, IS THIS REALLY FOR REAL? AM I REALLY IN SWEDEN?

There are some changes happening in my 3 years. Of course I could understand and speak Swedish, adopting Swedish culture, seeing Swedish people every day and lot more. Hehehe

I couldn’t ask for more being beside my husband. He's my dream man and I’m very happy to be with him and I’ll be with him for the rest of my life.

our day adventure

I and hubby did a very long drive today.

As you read to my previous post, I and hubby celebrated our 4 years together as a couple and since he had work last Friday, we celebrated it today. Even if I didn’t feel good (I’m still sick) it was not the reason for us not to celebrate our special day.We started to drive before the sun strike into the mountain. The weather today was perfect. Sunny and not very cold so we just drove until where the car brought us… I mean until where my husband’s hands drive.It was almost 10 hours drove without any plan destinations. The end of the day, we both tired but fulfill of our adventured.
