Blue Monday : birthday gift

It's been a while since my last Blue Monday entry. I've been very busy working and schooling.

Anyway here's my entry for this week. These pictures was taken last birthday of the daughter of my dear friend Shy.

There are 4 celebrants on my facebook account today.

As I posted to my Adventurous Family blog, our 3 angels celebrating their birthday today. 3 in a day is amazing.

On my facebook account, I have 4 celebrants. My sister Annie, my nephew Marc, my primary school classmate Janice and our neighbor in the province Bembeth. This is the only day that I have 4 celebrants on my facebook. I have more than 400 friends there but there are no 4 celebrants in a day.

Well I'm happy to be part of their birthdays. I greeted them already and I hope they all have fun on their day.

my work

Finally, I'm working!!!!
As I mentioned here few times, I'm working in Gothenburg post office every December. It's what we call "julvikarie" Christmas/December job. I really like my work there.

I'm really thankful to my Filipina friend who referred me to that work. She's working there in post office and she referred me. But her reference never ended there. Just last week, she referred me to her other work.

She has two work (Goteborg post office and in Jakob cafe). Her boss trusted her when she said she would refer a friend to work with there too. So everything happens. Tuesday and Wednesday, I did my two days training.

Supposedly I will start on February but due to my good performance last two days of training, I will start on January 21. And directly I will be taking responsible for all the kitchen work. From preparing the 10 kinds of sandwiches, to some hot foods, vegetable salad and etc.

It would be a big responsibility but I know I can handle it. My trainer (my friend) trained me very well. I even dreamed my work to be. I'm just very excited to work. This is my first ever regular work. I will be working weekend since I'm in school.

Feels really good knowing that I can earn from my own hard work. Thank you so much Jen for the help and for being such a good friend to me.

November 5 (Saturday) was my last day of my birthday celebrations. That was the time that I celebrated with my Filipina friends here in Sweden.

My husband suggested to just go to restaurants since there is already a new Filipino restaurants nearby but I prefer to cook for them. I love cooking so I told my husband to just help me buying all the things that I could need.

Saturday early morning I woke up before my alarm. I was maybe very excited to cooked again. I cook everyday but not as plenty as it was on Saturday. Since my call time was 12.00 noon, I made sure that I do finished all before the said time.

Around 11.00 am all the foods were ready. My husband just help me out of preparing the utensils. The first person came was Nheng who never expected she was the first then just half an hour later, came Sarah and Janet and then the rest.

I'll post more about that Saturday birthday celebrations. As of now, enjoy our pictures. Good day everyone.

would be busy

I would be quiet busy from today until Saturday. Here are my little schedule..

Today: I must clean our little house for my upcoming little party on Friday and Saturday.

Tomorrow: I'll go to church and light a candle for my father remembering him on this "All saints day". And I'll pray and thanks God for the another year of my life. After church I'll go and do some shopping for what i would need on Friday and Saturday.

Friday: I'll go shopping again in the morning and prepare for the afternoon and for our dinner with family.

Saturday: Friends bonding again but this time around, eating bonding here at our crib. I'll cook for our lunch and for snack.

I hope i can manage to fix my beauty while doing all of these things..lol:)

girls bonding today

I and my two Filipina friends did girls bonding today. They both free from their kids today so all of us were single in just a day...hahaha.

First stop was massage parlor. I and Shy did a full body massage to less the stress. After our massage, we went and ate our lunch in the newly opened Filipino restaurants. We ate a lot that made me feel the call of the nature. Because of it I wasn't able to follow them on our last bonding moment which was shopping.

Even if I didn't follow them, we had already a day full of laughs and chats... Our day was really bonded today. Thanks girls for the wonderful day today.

autum in Gothenburg

Autumn season is on the air and goodness I can feel the coldness. It's not yet winter but we have only 5 degrees every day. I miss Philippine weather.

Autumn is seem very fun to look at. You can see the yellow tree leave which some of them falling down slowly and looks very beautiful in the ground.
