Sweet Saturday: Christmas gift

I can feel the Christmas but so far no snow yet here in Sweden but the coldness is killing me.

What would be the Christmas gifts I would love to have this Christmas is the topic for Sweet Saturday.

Actually, I already told my husband about what I want this Christmas. Aside of all my material things I got from hubby, emotionally is the most important and happiness I can have.

Just lately, my family are asking me if ever I can have a chance to come home this Christmas. We were just in Philippines few months ago and my husband thinking twice about having Christmas in Philippines this coming December.

Since he cannot have few weeks off from work I asked as Christmas gift from him "tickets to Philippines"... He will buy ticket for me but the problem is, I will work this winter and be back in School first week of January. It would be too much hectic for my time.

As of now, I still don't know what to do. We'll see soon. Whatever it is, it will be good for both of us.

Sweet Saturday: two entries for this week

As usual sorry Jona for not posting my Sweet Saturday entry last week. Been stress this week due to some reasons but I'm free now and back to blogging world. I post my two entries this week.

Communication was last week topic. Communications is sometimes problem between me and hubby. As you know guys, we have different language and the fact that they're not English makes my side more difficult. Sometimes I could speak or say it in English but the problem is I couldn't say it in Swedish.

But thankfully, showing our love is never been a problem even if it's in English, tagalog or Swedish..hehehe. Action speak louder than words.

And this week is Fidelity. I had think twice how could I explain or understand fidelity but thanks Jona for putting the meaning.

For me, I don't have any twice think about the faithfulness of my husband. Sometimes I tried to make stories for me to think something about his loyalty but I couldn't find anything. I'm his one and only love as he said. I'm thankful for that...

On my part he's one and my only dear husband too. I always been loyal, faithful and thoughtful to my man. I never cheat to anybody and I would never do it to my husband.

We are celebrating our wedding anniversary on Sunday and as I always said, I will love him and be with him as long as he wants me. As we promised when we said I do " we will be together forever".

SS: it's not his taste

First and foremost, I would like to ask an apology for not posting Sweet Saturday last week. As you know guys, I’m in school so I really need to focus my studying especially I really needing this subject to come in to university.

Anyway this week topic is something/food that my hubby didn’t like. Having husband from different culture and country makes us wives adventurous. Personally, I hate when I cook Filipino food and my husband would have just take a look and not even taste it.hmmmp annoying right?

One time, it was one of important occasion of our relationship so I cook his favorite Filipino food which is chicken curry (my style). I cooked it heartedly and put even some twist hoping that he would say “dear its yummy” but instead he said, it would be more masarap if you just cook the simple curry that you used to cook. L

Being sensitive, I just quiet and went to one corner and cry (like a crying baby.lol)… He asked and apology about it but for me damaged is done…hahaha Stubborn me!!!

Since then when he wants Filipino foods, I’d rather cook what I used to cook. No more additional twist or more spices for him not to say something that would make me cries.

But when he cooks Swedish foods, I never say something that would hurt him. Unfair right? heheh

Sweet Saturday: STOP IT!!!

Wow Sweet Saturday is upgraded. I haven’t post my entry for the past few weeks due to I was in Philippines for our vacation. Thanks Jona (the owner of this meme) for updating me about this meme.

STOP IT!!!!

I can tell, having Swedish husband is a kind of time and effort! I must adjust, adopt, and be with it. My hubby is a kind of person that if you want him to stop something, I must explain in full and 100% right explanations, it must be valid (for him) and it must be in both good intensions.

For instance, he was a changing smoker. But he stops it for my own sake too.

But one thing that I don’t know what to do to stop him is DRINKING!. He always drinks every weekend which I don’t really like. But as I asked advice about it, they said, let him drink at least only weekend not daily. That’s the only days that he could be relaxed from work. And also, he just drinks few bottles of beer and few glasses of hard drinks.

Well then, there are lots of things that I want my husband to stop it but of course I will not ask him to do it so since it’s only for my own happiness. I would never be selfish nor egoistic.

Sweet Saturday: Philippine vacation

My entry for this was taken last summer of 2008 in Philippines. The first two pictures were taken in one restaurant in Ermita and the second two were at my sister’s house. But this was on the same day.

Sweet Saturday #4: Turkey vacation

First and foremost, I would like to ask an apology to the owner of this meme ”Sweet Saturday” Jona, for my late entry for this week. I and hubby were out of Sweden yesterday. We drove to Germany for many hours and when we came home, we were very tired and flat down.HUH!!!
