sheer curtains

Being a wife, it seems like I have the only right to choose what I want to have in our new apartment. lol. My husband left all the decorations making in our apartment and so far I still have lots of thing to be done before our vacations.

Decorating our apartment seems very easy and I found it very fun doing all the arrangements and color matching. I cannot even imagine how could I manage to do all the arrangements by myself.

 Everything almost done beside the most exciting part "the curtains". I had lots of choices of what kind of curtains I want to match our decorations especially in our kitchen area. I notice that so far I had matched all the colors from our bed sheets to our sofa pillows. When I was looking our sofas, I came to a point that sheer curtain would fit everything.

The sheer curtains is really beautiful plus I like their quality and the style of course. I'm planning to buy a blue sheer curtains to match up our stuff. Sounds really exciting right?. Well sheer curtains would add my excitement.:)

busy schedules

Tomorrow we're flying to Frankfurt for our few days trip. We'll be back on Sunday afternoon.I will be tired on Sunday but I don't have a time to relax or sleep. We maybe home around 3pm. Then of course I must prepare for my husband food for Monday. I already booked time for our laundry on Sunday so I must put our clothes to the washing machine. In short I'll be very busy when we come home.

I cannot sleep either after doing household chores because I have work around 9.30 so I must leave home around 9pm. I'll be home around 7 am the next morning.

Sounds very hectic right? But I'm happy at least I have work. See you guys

last week meeting

As I posted last week, i and my husband are busy of our ongoing apartment constructions. Our new nest would be finished this year but as early as of now, we’re trying to fix everything before we can move in.

Last Wednesday, we had a meeting with our constructions agent. We wanted some additional beautification inside and we bought some stuff to put in our kitchen.

We came there earlier so we waited outside the office since it was lunch time we came there. While waiting I grabbed my camera and asked my husband to took some pictures on me. The weather last week was wonderful that I even used just sandals and without jacket.

moving in

I posted here few months ago about our upcoming new apartment. My husband bought new apartment since this apartment that we're living in now is too old and seem always dusty even if i clean always.

Buying new apartment, house is not that easy. We need to choose everything. From the wall colors, the floors, the CR decorations or even the arrangements all over the new apartment. I did choose some of those things since as my husband said, I'll be the one who would decorate or arrange our things.

Just last week, we had another meeting with the builders. They asked if we wanted additional gadgets, beautification and lot more. My husband just ordered another two things. he said that some things are cannot just be ask by the builders. We could do it ourselves too.

We wanted to put our own choice of carpet and we wanted also to choose who could install it. Having our own choice of carpet would be perfect in our new nest but as of now we didn't find yet who could do our Carpet Installation. We know there are lots of installation agency but we wanted someone who could do what we really want. Someone who could deal and give us the acceptable price with beautiful results.

I'm excited to move in in our new apartment. Still few months until then but i already pack some of our stuffs. Isn't that excited?

western furnitures

We just bought our new nest last week but we cannot move in right away because it would take few months to finish the constructions.

I'm very excited to move in and arrange our things in our new apartment. As of now since it will be a new house, we're searching and looking for some kinds of western furniture to put on on our new apartment. Of course I want to be modern western furniture’s to make it difference from what we have now.

I know that it will take some times to get all the new furniture’s that we're planning to buy but for sure it will be worth of waiting and it will be perfect for our moving date their delivery date.

As of now, I have already chosen some of our planned furniture’s and they are looks so cute and beautifully designed. I love the color that I chose which it will be fit for the color of our new apartment.

As of now all I need to do is wait until our apartment’s done, order our new furniture’s and move in into our new nest. Huh I’m so excited and can’t wait to see the new apartment and our new western furniture’s.

new apartment

My husband been living in this apartment that we're living now for almost 20 years. Of course the apartment is still ok but it's really obvious that it’s old. And if the house is old, whatever cleaning I do, seems still dusty or dirty.

We've been planning to buy new apartment for the past years. And finally we bought new apartment today. It's not really far from where we're living now but the good thing about this new apartment is quieter and not really near the driving road. It’s expensive but it’s worth it for sure.

The apartment is still ongoing building it. It means that we cannot move soon. The estimated months that we can move would be on summer 2012. Gosh still long time but I’m already excited packing to move and arranging to our new apartment.

Time is quick as ticking of the clock…I'm excited for our new apartment...

floor problems

For some reason, our newly built-in tiles of our just finished house are broken. There are some fractions already that need to be replaced soon. We need some tile removal to remove some tiles that are broken already and just replace it. It’s horrible but we don’t know why it’s happened like that. As we know, we have chosen the good quality of tile and we even pay little extra for us to get the better one. We don’t know what to do to those tiles that are broken… Maybe it’s time for us to find some floor grinder to grind all the broken tiles and use it in some other things. Grind tiles can be use also to mix the cements or just use as walking stone. I’m sure especially in the province where it’s always raining, walking in some grind tiles or I can say turns into stone tiles are better that walking in the mud. After replacing our broken tiles, of course we must have polishes to polish our new tiles. One thing is good is concrete polishing. I can be very nice to have it… I’m hoping now that soon as we can, we can fix our floor problems so that the next time we will be there again, it will be beautiful and not dangerous.

just looking around

One thing that I did when I was in Philippines was looking for some on sale condominium. I'm not planning to buy but it was just fun to look around on different style in different areas around metro Manila.

My sister Gina was planning to buy but at the last minute she backed up. The area was totally perfect when it comes to malls, schools, anything... But it was too social as she thought of it.

But even if she didn't buy that condo that we've been to, at least she bought two doors apartment in a very reasonable price... It was good choice for her...
