I'M BACK!!!

Well, well, well... I am finally back here on blog world. I have been busy with schooling, personal life but finally i am about to finished my school. I congratulate myself to finally finished my course as a swedish preschool teacher.

My welcome back food post would be this yummy swedish sandwich cake. At first it was not really my type of food but after a few taste of this, i started to like it. Now I always demand to my husband (every month) to buy this yummy cake. Its not really a healthy food but if i just eat it once a month i don't think it will be unhealthy.

I did celebrate my six years here in Sweden by having dinner in one of our favorite restaurant here in Sweden. The food is mixed with Swedish and Mexican which I really like.

their birthday

There are 4 celebrants on my facebook account today.

As I posted to my Adventurous Family blog, our 3 angels celebrating their birthday today. 3 in a day is amazing.

On my facebook account, I have 4 celebrants. My sister Annie, my nephew Marc, my primary school classmate Janice and our neighbor in the province Bembeth. This is the only day that I have 4 celebrants on my facebook. I have more than 400 friends there but there are no 4 celebrants in a day.

Well I'm happy to be part of their birthdays. I greeted them already and I hope they all have fun on their day.

beauty rest

Yes!!! Finally I can sleep all night.

My December job ended today. As I mentioned before, I have a December job. It's only every December.

It was my last night today and my goodness, I'm very tired because I haven't had night sleep for 5 nights straight. I almost fell asleep at work but I was trying to wake me up for me to do my job. I drink lots of coffee, cold water and whatever drinks that could make me awake.

I managed it and now I'm done working. I'll be spending Christmas with my husband. We'll just at home because we are sick.

I can have my beauty rest tonight. Good night guys

Christmas tree

Unlike last year, I'm done my Christmas tree earlier this time. Last year was little delayed due to my husband's accident. But this time around, as early as last Sunday, I did finished decorating my simple Christmas tree.

Last year I had tall Christmas tree but this year I have only cute but beautiful Christmas tree. Thanks to my husband for buying the things that I need or want for my Christmas tree.

November 5 (Saturday) was my last day of my birthday celebrations. That was the time that I celebrated with my Filipina friends here in Sweden.

My husband suggested to just go to restaurants since there is already a new Filipino restaurants nearby but I prefer to cook for them. I love cooking so I told my husband to just help me buying all the things that I could need.

Saturday early morning I woke up before my alarm. I was maybe very excited to cooked again. I cook everyday but not as plenty as it was on Saturday. Since my call time was 12.00 noon, I made sure that I do finished all before the said time.

Around 11.00 am all the foods were ready. My husband just help me out of preparing the utensils. The first person came was Nheng who never expected she was the first then just half an hour later, came Sarah and Janet and then the rest.

I'll post more about that Saturday birthday celebrations. As of now, enjoy our pictures. Good day everyone.

would be busy

I would be quiet busy from today until Saturday. Here are my little schedule..

Today: I must clean our little house for my upcoming little party on Friday and Saturday.

Tomorrow: I'll go to church and light a candle for my father remembering him on this "All saints day". And I'll pray and thanks God for the another year of my life. After church I'll go and do some shopping for what i would need on Friday and Saturday.

Friday: I'll go shopping again in the morning and prepare for the afternoon and for our dinner with family.

Saturday: Friends bonding again but this time around, eating bonding here at our crib. I'll cook for our lunch and for snack.

I hope i can manage to fix my beauty while doing all of these things..lol:)

Blue Monday: Blue angel

I feel so blessed having such a wonderful school friends.

When I celebrated my birthday last year, a classmate and a very good friend of mine gave me this very beautiful blue angel (candle holder). This blue angel shows that I have always an angel. I'd like to share this to our Blue Monday.unopened gift
