Latest of my schooling!!!

As I mentioned many times to my previous posts, my schooling is very difficult. As of now, I'm focusing all my writing assignments and preparing myself for my first exam on Friday 17 of February. This is my first ever exam and its all writing.

I did good job on my learning situation presentation but that situation need to support. I mean NEED to explain more and give more extract and complex examples. But it doesn't mean that I did not do it. It's just the more explanation stuff is for my next assignments but the same topic as i did on my last presentation.

It sounds really difficult especially I don't know how to compare Swedish teaching into English (my) experience in Philippines. But as my teacher said, try your best and apply all your Philippines teaching knowledge into Swedish.

Who don't get nervous on first day of school?

Tomorrow is my first day of my university and my goodness I'm very nervous. I've been in Swedish school for 4 years but this time around would be different. Different in the aspect of environment, students and teacher plus the more difficult Swedish language.

As I said, I'll be studying teacher for 3 years. I did talk to one of the head teacher in school last Monday and she said I don't need to worry about everything. They will help us the best they could but still I cannot just relax.

I hope everything would be fine and I will finish my course after three years. All I can do now is cross fingers and pray. Good luck to me.

final count down

This coming Thursday would be my last test and last exam for my Swedish subject. It would be the final countdown I can say. After these, I’ll be applying for the university and hoping that I can start on Aug this year for my teacher course.

I hope and wish that I can pass my final exams. Hoping also that I could get a place to Gothenburg University.

Swedish citizen soon

As I posted here last week, I’ve been living here in Sweden for three years already and I’m glad, happy and satisfied of my life (together with my husband) even if I’m very far from my family.

When I was two years here, we applied for my permanent visa and got it very fast.

Since I’m living here for three years already, I don’t need to apply again a visa instead I applied for my citizenship. We already sent my needed documents to Norrköping and we're waiting for the results. They said it will take 3 weeks for the fastest and 6 months for the longest.

I hope it won’t take long time because we’re planning to have vacation this coming summer but we have nothing to do as of now. We'll just wait and see when we can have the results. I’ll be Swedish citizen hopefully soon...

changing something

I have a friend who is currently working so hard for her family and for herself.

She's is turning 45 next month and still single. It was one time last week that we talked about her personal life and why she's still single at her age. First she said that she's happy of what her doing and she's happy helping her family. But when she told me like that I knew that there some part of herself that seems not really happy.

I asked her what are the qualifications or her likes in a partner. At first she was hesitating to tell me because she knew that sooner or later I would ask more. We came to the point that she regrets some of the things that she done of herself and if she could she would love to change it.

The one reason that she don’t really like is her physical appearance. She's beautiful but as she said, she's not satisfied of it especially now that she's getting older. That's why one of her reason also of working so hard is that she can do her long plan. She wants to have a detox xtreme for her face.

As of now detox is really what she really wanted to do. I'm just wishing and hoping that she can have it soon. Good luck my friend.
