simple but cool

I and hubby celebrated my "citizenship" in a simple and cool celebration. We didn't go out to celebrate it instead we just stayed at home and did our own simple celebrations.

We cooked simple dinner for us. My husband grilled pork and I was busy cooking pancit canton and shrimp.

We ate our dinner in our living room. While eating we were talking also about our plans since I’m already Swedish citizen now.

We started our dinner around 8 pm and we ended up around 10. It was really cool because it was just the two of us which we both like so much.

Thanks for the wonderful celebrations and night älskling. Jag älskar dig jättemycket.

i'm trying my best

Singing is what I use to do at home especially if I’m alone and nothing to do. Last week after my schools, I went home directly. It was really boring at home doing nothing so what have I done was starting my magicsing and sung a few songs.

This one was of the songs that I recorded. This is one of my favorite songs also. I'm not a good singer but I’m trying my best to be a good one.

I posted yesterday about my Swedish citizenship and I’m very happy to those people who did congratulate me and welcome me to Swedish world.

Of course my husband congratulated me directly, then my family, kuya Manny and my friends. Thank you so much guys.

remembering him

It's been almost 5 years since my father died and still I could feel and remember how I felt when I knew that he passed away that day. I wasn’t expecting that he would leave us that early and we didn't even show him our dream house.

When he died, everything was of course unplanned. Everything was ours...I mean all the expenses. We weren’t aware about funeral insurance or what are the benefits to have insurance. We just find out that there are different kinds of funeral insurance or funeral insurance quote that we can choose about.

But we had nothing to do then because we had no idea about it. But at least directly after my father funeral, we tried to understand about insurances.

So when my first cousin died 3 years ago, he got helped from his insurance company. Actually he was too young and it was a nightmare for his family. But as I said after my father's funeral, he directly fixed his funeral insurance. It was seem that he knew already that he was dying.

Having insurance in life is very good and helpful especially in times that needed most. So that there someone can help you in everything you need.

finally i am

I just turned 3 years here in Sweden last April 12. In that particular date, we applied directly my Swedish citizenship. I posted here that maybe it would take few weeks or months before we get the results...

But today I got a pick up note that I must pick up some envelope from post office near where we live. I waited my husband first before we got it.

We went there together and opened the envelope with unexplainable feelings. My husband read and made some jokes to me by showing he was sad, and then suddenly he showed me the papers stating that I am Swedish citizen already.

We're not expecting that it was just few weeks from our application and we got already the results. I'm very happy and finally I am Swedish.

We cannot celebrate it now since my hubby must work tomorrow and I have school also so maybe we can celebrate on tomorrow night or Saturday. What, where or how? I don’t know yet... We'll find it out tomorrow.. Have a good day everybody.
