my favorite singer

Here in Sweden there are many singers and bands that i like but there's only one female singer which i really like. I'm idolising her since the first time i saw her singing. She's a very good singer and i hope soon, i can watch her live or be in some of her concerts here in Gothenburg.
Sanna Nielsen Viktoria is her full name. She was born November 27, 1984 in Edenryd, Bromölla Municipality. She speak Swedish but absolutely can speak English. Sanna is a Swedish pop singer and former dance band. She had her first song 1996 entitled "Till en Fågel" (The song to a bird). She was just 11 years old then. And since then she is singing and joining Melodifestivalen ( The Melody Festival) here in Sweden.

Shoes shelf

My husband asked me few days ago if i want to buy new pair of shoes or sandals for this season. It's spring now so it's sandal or open shoes will be good. At first, i said directly YES (laugh)... of course i would say yes because it's would be another pair of shoes for me.

We got some home commercials (mail box) yesterday and i had seen few sandals and shoes that i like. We've (me and my husband) been to some shoes store yesterday afternoon but then the shoes and the sandal that i like was not there. It was out of stocks so it means many people bought that kind of shoes.

When we came home, my husband notice our shoes shelf. He was counting my shoes and he was repenting himself of asking me if i want shoes...hahahaha. I don't have that plenty shoes anyway...
Instead of going to other store to try to find the shoes that i like, we've been to a store and bought a shoes shelf for our shoes... It was not fix shoes shelf so we must fix it ourselves. Here are some of my pictures while fixing it and when it's done.

Janet's house

As you remembered guys, me and my friend Janet was with Shy's house last April 10 and today me and Shy was with Janet's house. This time, i don't bring my Magic sing because Janet don't ask me to bring it. hehehehe they must ask me first if they want me to bring it because maybe i will bring it then they will not use it. It's not too much heavy but still i must carry the Magic sing bag.Even if we don't have our "magic filipina bonding sing"..hehehe still we had fun. Our singer was Janet's lovely daughter Laikka. She's very cute... We grilled salmon fish, chicken and a little pork. Only little pork because SHy don't eat pork. We ate with rice of course with kikoman sauce and mix vegetables salad. We used our hands when we ate and we chatted, laughed, joked and etc. while eating. It was too much fun. Shy taught Janet on how blogging working. Janet is now a new member of blogger. Janet's blog name is Daily Wisdom.Please visit her blog too. Thank you...

I choose this family picture because it was the first Christmas (Dec.24,08 Philippines)that my husband was with us. Even if we're not all there but we tried our best to be happy as it is. We're not whole family because my father died almost 3 years ago. We miss you papa very much. My brother before me is in Kuwait now, and our eldest sister is in Cyprus.

I took this as BW because i want to know how it looks to be in BW. I took plenty pictures on that positioned but i took only one in BW. What a coincidence that i can use it here...hehehe

My past days was busy

It's been a quite long time since my last post. I was busy in school and some other personal things in my life. I had exams, school outing and some other things at home that made me very busy. I'm hoping that i can have more time here in my blog and at the same time i can have rest from all of those busy schedules i had.

Today when i open my facebook account, i got an invitation from my filipina friend. It's a kind of questions and answers and then you can have the result after a while. The quiz name was "WHAT KIND OF LADY ARE YOU?"... and here's the answer about me "LOVELY LADY". I am proud of that because i am lovely..hehehe.

I got plenty questions beside of that one above and they summarized it. Here's the summarized of all the questions that i had answers.

Botaniska trädgården

We've been to Botaniska Trädgården today for our utflykt (outing). It was very nice and very good weather. We saw different kinds of flowers with different colors. We heard the birds chirping (singing). And plenty people doing picnic with their loveones.
We divided into three groups for our group tasks. We was the first group with our teacher (leader) Lotta. She was trying to explained to us everything so that we could understand and we can prepare for our group presentation next week. Our tasks was to find spring sign and how could we notice that at presence is spring season.

I / we took a lot of pictures as part of our preparation and we wrote plenty strange words. That strangers words, we must try to understand it and explain it in Swedish. Every person in the group must have something to present on our presentation day.After we finished our tasks, we climbed into a small mountain where in the top was a big stone there we ate our lunch together. We had fun during our lunch time. We chatted different topic and after eating, we played a little game. After the games, we had to write a short poem about what we saw in the garden and then went to our home sweet home.

It was fun and at the same time we learned plenty Swedish word which we really must. Have a nice and peaceful Friday everybod.

I don't know and i don't think i am deserving to have this Best Blogger Award 2009. I am not really long enough on blogging and i don't have enough PR for me to have this wonderful award but in anyway, I'm really thankful to my very good friend David Funk for always giving me very much appreciable awards. Submission and exam

Today was our final submission for our DATAKUNSKAP (computer science) tasks/works. It was not really a problem for me to do all the tasks because it was just a basic computer. I'm not boastful or something but it was just a little finger for me. I finished my computer programmer course in Philippines so no problem at all to me our computer subject, as of now..hehehe. I was not tired doing our computer tasks but i was tired of helping some of my classmates who needed help. Gossshhhh called my name there, here everywhere in our computer room. At least our teacher understand me and to those who really needed my help. I was just being nice and helpful to them. I hope i can count on them also if i will need them. Give and take....

I was not worrying our computer subject but grrrr im shaking for our exam tomorrow. It will be an important exam tomorrow for our SAS( svenska andra språk) subject or in English "Swedish as a second language". To those who are repeater and our classmates now, they said that if we cannot pass this exam then we will repeat next term. Gossshhhh i don't want.

enjoyable tag

I got this tag from my very nice new friend Cuchie. Thank you so much Che. Actually i don't really have all those things but in anyway i will try to put what i am to those thing below.

1. My Butterflies. Actually in my two years here in Sweden, i don't really saw many butterflies or big butterflies. But i like butterflies. I always surf the net about different kind of butterflies.

2.Cigarettes. As in NO, NO, NO, NO... My Husband smoked for almost 26 years but he stopped 1 year ago. It's good for him and for me as well. But to those who are smoking, all i can tell is, cigarettes smoking is dangerous to your health and to our invironment. But.... do what you want... hehe

3. Make-ups. I love make-ups but i'm not using it. Besides that my husband don't like that i will put make ups. He just want simple and pure beauty. I don't really like it also. I just love gathering make up as a sort of collection

4. Coke. Gossshhhhh i like any kind of softdrinks. It's not good for our body but... i cannot stop drinking. I'm just trying to minimize it.

5. Nail Polish. This is what i like of all...hahaha. I changed my nail polish just a while ago. I like different colors and different style.

6. Jewelries. I have jewelries but not really plenty. I just bought few pairs. As an investment also...

My day is????

As usual my day is not good. For some reason but sorry guys i cannot tell why... maybe some other time..hahaha

Today i am exactly 2 years here in Sweden. It seems just the other day i came here but gossshhh it's 2 years already. Time goes very fast, right? I don't know yet what we will do later to celebrate or maybe no need to celebrate. It depends on our mood.

Today i called and talked to my bestfriend (Jasmine) in Philippines. She will be celebrating her 29 birthday on the 14th of April so i just advanced my greetings to her.We talked atleast an hour. Talked everything and anything under the sun...hehehe.

A day with friends

Yesterday i've been to Shy's house. I came to their house before lunch so me and Shy cooked our lunch. We cooked chicken menudo/afritada my style. Ofcourse meeting other filipina, we must have something to make ourselves enjoy so i bring my magic sing. While waiting our other friend Janet, we sung and tried our best to be the best singer we could be..hahahahaJanet should bake banana cake. While waiting her to come, me and Shy ate our lunch. When Janet came, we helped her baked the banana cake. Janet was our chef and me and Shy was just the helper:(. We had so much fun while baking and gosshhh as in it was very funny. Here was our banana cake. It was MASARAP (delicious) and i even bring 2 slices to my husband. Thanks Net and Shy...While waiting our banana cake, it was time for us to had our bonding. We talked, sung, laughed, joked and etc. Janet was very funny and had plenty jokes that made me and Shy almost cried of laughing.Thank you so much SHy for always welcoming me to your place. I hope we can do it again if not soon at least some other time... It will be Janet's or mine place next time... hmmmppp jag vet inte än.

our month of april

April is the month for us. I mean we celebrate three occasions on this month.

First, my husband's birthday few days ago(April 4). As you remembered i had posted here my gift to him and how did i surprised him... He really don't like surprising but i did it anyway.

Second, today (April 9). It is our 3 years wedding anniversary. He don't surprise me of something special because he gave me already his gift the other day.

Third, on April 12 (Sunday) i will be two years here in Sweden. Gossshhh it seems that it was just yesterday that i came here. hehehe...Time goes very fast...

This month is really mean a lot to me and my husband. I hope it will be our best and meaningful month forever.

On the other hand, here are his gifts to me.

I got this Acer laptop and few mobile fons last year on our meaningful month, April.
I just used these fons for almost 3 months. Then my husband bought me new fons.

I always have 3 fons. One is Philippine number where my family and friends texted me there. It's cheaper to them because it's roaming. Even if they cannot call me but still they can send me message then i can call them. Second one is Swedish number (tango operator). I use it to send text to Philippines, to my brother in Kuwait, my sister in Cyprus and sometimes if my other sister is in Singapore.And lastly my other Swedish number (comviq). This number that i use here in Sweden to call or text.And this year i don't get new laptop but at least i got one mobile fon that i really like. My husband gave it to me as my gift for everything. I mean April gifts..hahaha. Here's my new Nokia 5800. I love it...

My husband is not a kind of guy who love to give flowers or chocolates. He likes to give these kind of things which i really like. Thank you so much älskling for all the gifts. Happy anniversary and hope we will stay forever. Jag älskar dig jättemycket....forever.....

Classmates house

I've been to one of my classmate's house today. She live somewhere in Hjälbo...hehehe i don't really know what's the exact address, but in anyhow i know how to go there even if Zeena's husband drove us to go there.

Sozdar is the name of my classmate and she cooked plenty foods. Zeena and Sozdar are from Iraq so ofcourse they cooked arabic food. I really like arabic food. Taste very good and gossshhh as in yummy. I know some names of arabic food but unfortunately i don't know how to cook. Stackars (poor) Jenny but ofcourse i know how to cook filipino food and i love cooking ...hehehe...

Easter holiday

It's very relaxing to be just home. I don't have school for a week because of Easter holiday (påskluv). Yesterday, i was on my mood to clean up our home. Even if it was not dusty (dirty) yet still i cleaned and tried to arrange some of my husband's stuff. He don't really wanted me to touch his personal things in the bookshelf but since he was not home yesterday, i did little arrangement and he had no comments when he came home..hahaha...

My husbands decided not to go to work today. He just wanted to be home also because I'm just home. So today we have decided to take a walk and find a reasonable price microwave. We must buy new soon as possible because our micro is not working perfectly now :(.

Even if i don't have school this week, still it seems i have. I must study for our exam next week and goossshhhh so many assignments.

In my next week post, i will write about what we will celebrate for the month of April. Good day everybody.

Today is the birthday of the best man and the love of my Life. The man that accepted me of what i am and what i have.

I woke him up earlier today than the normal saturday morning wake up time and gave my gift to him.I was supposedly let him find his gift that i just put in his bed side table but unfortunately he don't found it himself. Instead i got it and gave him my gift while he was still laying down in bed.I was asking him before today, if he wants or need somethings. I supposedly want to have an idea or clue if he need somethings. But he got his idea that i will give him gift. He knew that i will give him something today but he was not expecting that i bought pants for him. He tought that i will buy summer shoes (sandals) to him. Gossshhh... but he is happy of my gift and ofcourse thankfull. To my husband, HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY älskling. I hope and i wish that you will always be healthy and strong. I hope also that you will continue your patience towards my childish behaviour and being very sensitive. Thank you for everything and i will stay with you forever. Jag älskar dig i mitt hela livet.

Today, I was trying to find a gift to a very special person in my life then suddenly i found out this site Clothing Buying Guide. As i said I'm looking for the best and affordable gift. I tried to find spring clothes since it's spring now so i click this site Womens Spring Style Guide. In all these site that I've mentioned to, this is just the one way of finding what can be the best for our selves. Also, this sites have all the different kinds of clothes (normal or casual clothes, formal clothes or even office clothes). Clothes that fit whatever seasons we have. Joke, joke, joke day

As i said to my previous post, Swedish people or Sweden has always day name and today is another name. Swedish call today as "lurar dag or skoj day" (joke day). Whatever joke it is or it will be, they don't or will not get angry or irretated because it's just a joke day. They have this kind of saying " APRIL, APRIL DIN DUMMA SILL! JAG KAN LURA DIG VART JAG VILL". I can translate it in english but maybe it will confus you guys or maybe you will just wonder. lol. But anyway it something like this... april is your stupid herring, i can make a joke where i want. It's a kind of weird, right? It's not good english grammar but swedish has different grammar from english.

My husband woke me up in some joke. I got angry but suddenly i realized that it was just a joke...grrrr. I did some jokes to my teacher and some students in school today. It was funny and exciting. Beside from my husband, no other more make joke to me....yet..hehehehe.

I know that in some countries, it's also a joke day today. But as i remembered joke day in Philippines is Dec.28.
