Another twister

My friend Janet posted another twister to her blog today. This is my second time to answer her twister.

Twister:
we have it when we were born
and we will die with it
the poor has it, the rich need it
and if you eat it you will die!

I was chatting with my another friend (Shy) when i read the twister. We we're thinking about it then suddenly Shy remember that it was their motto or saying when she was still in primary school.

She told to me whats the twisters answer but she was not sure. We thought of many things then finally i sent to Janet what we agreed and thought and it's right.

I will not write yet whats the answer of this twister. Guess guys and tell me your answer. Good luck
